How we helped deliver an enormous youth sports event

|10.7.17

In the 1st week of July, we helped Water Polo NSW to host the largest water polo tournament the country has ever seen. The week was a culmination of 8 months of hard work, built on the foundations of a great working relationship with our client. Together with Water Polo NSW, our small but dedicated team were able to record some remarkable wins. Most importantly however, we were able to give our client the time and the opportunity to do what they do best – water polo.

Through our relationship with the client, we were able to manage the administrative burdens through our dedicated and proven systems. This enabled everyone within the organisation such as development officers, coaches, managers and athletes to focus on their role like never before. From managing State Team Program communications, transportation and accommodation right through to the event public relations and marketing, our work in partnership with the client allowed for a professionally run tournament and significantly eased the administrative burden for our client.

Events of this scale have many moving parts and the administrative burdens can be demoralising to organisations, particularly those like Water Polo NSW that are not-for-profit. At Actuex we believe every business, regardless of its status deserves an opportunity to grow. Our work with Water Polo NSW is a great example of how a passionate organisation with a great product can benefit from the work that we do.

If you think Actuex can help your organisation, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us to arrange a meeting on 02 8973 2039  or scottn@actuex.com
